Job Responsibilities:
1 Responsible for customer acquisition and follow-up for the company’s independent website, leveraging website inquiries, emails, and social media ( Facebook/LinkedIn etc.) Liaise with overseas clients, accurately identify their needs, and manage the entire process from quotation to negotiation and contract signing;
2 Follow up on customer orders and coordinate internal processes to ensure timely delivery.
3 · Handle customer inquiries, quotations, contract signing, and other foreign trade-related tasks;
4 • Maintain existing customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates;
Job Requirements:
1 • Possesses strong English communication skills and is proficient in both written and oral English.
2 • Familiar with foreign trade business processes and possesses strong market development capabilities;
3 • Proactive and highly responsible, with a strong sense of teamwork;
4 • Able to handle a certain level of work pressure and adapt to cross-time-zone communication and task scheduling;
